Annie Get Your Gun.

I've added to my mostly etsy gallery. I swooped up this cool original painting from artist Annie Galvin's etsy shop Wexford Girl. It's kind of a long story, but this painting just called to me - it's called The Letter, and reminded me of a letter I once received from a girl in high school, which pretty much quoted Bob Dylan's Positively Fourth Street.

If you know the song, suffice it to say, it was not a pleasant letter, but one that I deserved and taught me a valuable lesson about treating people with kindness, and not excluding people (p.s. I'm not the one holding the gun). Anyway, I digress, and Annie's work is unique and simply wonderful. This is just my story behind the painting, and why I had to have it. Painful reminders are sometimes good ones to have around. For more of Annie's work, check out Wexford Girl.

Well, that's weird. I also knew a couple of girls in high school who'd been great friends, but then one sent the other a letter with the same lyrics. ODD! From your pic, you're clearly not one of those 2.
