An Appointment With Annie.

I am really, really excited that I have been invited to a press conference (hey, I'm with the press!) with none other than Annie Leibovitz this morning! I have been invited (and I am sure this must be some kind of wicked error - it's like that movie, The Party, when Peter Sellers ends up on the party list, instead of the 'never work again in this town' list) to attend coffee, a press conference, and then a private tour with Ms. Leibovitz and other members of the press to view her new exhibition of work A Photographer’s Life, 1990–2005 at San Francisco's Legion of Honor. Until then, I am MIA for the day. I will report back later! And will try and behave myself.

If this is the same exhibit that was in San Diego last summer it is awesome! You are so lucky! Meeting her would be a thrill and a half.

Victoria! How very exciting! Promise to use your great good luck, and well-deserved invitation, to tell us all about it? If we can't be a collective fly on the wall, we can read about it here, no???

she is my absolute favorite photographer! I have several of her portraits in my bedroom with the one of her mother centered over my bed / she reminds me so much of my greatly missed polish grandmother. looking forward to more from you on this... eleisa
