Le Petit Zoo.

My friend Joni introduced me to Portland-based Elizabeth Soule's beautiful photography at Renegade this year. She was already familiar with, and a big fan of Elizabeth's lovely work and when I saw it I fell for it, too. Elizabeth resists the digital world, and photographs with a Polaroid SX-70 camera, a Polaroid SLR 680, a Holga and a variety of other film cameras, and is continually trying out new ideas and experimenting with different processes. I think you are going to love her Polaroid images of miniature toy animals, which you can shop for in her etsy shop. Be sure and check out her The Little Zoo and Letting The Horses Loose series, as well as her sweet little note cards sets.

I've been seeing Elizabeth's work more and more around Portland. I just saw new stuff at Noun. It's adorable, and always surprising.

I've also seen Elizabeth's work before. I have family in Portland and it's such a creative city.

Love her work. I've seen it before, but lost it. Thanks so much for bringing her work back to me! I've already got my eye on two pieces!
