YeeHaw!!

Etsy recently focused on the wonderful work of Julie Belcher. Julie and her partner Kevin Bradley started an old school letterpress printmaking studio Yee-Haw Industries, about 12 years ago in her Mom's back yard. YeeHaw now has a small retail store in the front of their historic downtown Knoxville, Tennessee studio. They also have an etsy shop, chock full of their amazing letterpress work, which reminds me of another Tennessee institution, Hatch Show Print. Take a look at some of YeeHaw's fun and fabulous letterpress prints, posters, calendars and cards and paper goods.

YeeHaw uses 100% recycled papers in their poster work and have continued to produce high-quality, hand printed, art-like products on recycled papers. They hand carve their original illustration in wood block and lino cut, and hand typeset with antique fonts. Yeah for YeeHaw!

Thanks for posting. These are great.
P.S. Hatch Show Print is in Nashville, TN not Knoxville.

What beautiful work they do! Great colors and use of typography. Such a terrific share--thanks!

For a really striking combo, I would pair the Dada poster with a favourite piece I saw over at food + flower + style:
