The idea of publishing an
UPPERCASE Magazine, "a magazine for the creative and curious", had been floating through creative partners Janine Vangool and co-editor Deidre Martin's minds for many years, but they didn't make the decision to proceed with it until this past December. And now, in three short months, and some very hard work,
UPPERCASE Magazine has come to fruition. You're probably already a fan of their
gallery and online
shop, but now Calgary's wonderful
UPPERCASE is coming into your home in the form of quarterly issues.

UPPERCASE Magazine is really the culmination of a dozen years of freelance graphic design experience and four years of the creative entrepreneurial adventure called
UPPERCASE. I love the
UPPERCASE aesthetic - clean, well designed and all with a charming, wry sense of humor and wit, so I look forward to my new
subscription (I already signed up!) and seeing what the talented and visually stimulating people behind
UPPERCASE come up with next to inspire me. To check out more about the new
68-page magazine and more on the
UPPERCASE online shop, take a look at
their site and
their blog. And to see a fun video on the making of the magazine, visit
Vimeo.

I am definitely going to further check this out. Thanks for sharing... :)
