Sunday in the City: London Town.

I'm just back from London, so today I thought I'd share a few snaps from my our first day there. Our flat was literally around the corner from the entrance to Portobello Road - one of the city's largest flea markets. So, as tired as we were, having just landed at 7am, we popped over for a quick peek and here's what we saw. London was wonderful - we had great weather, and the people were so friendly and fun! And, I'm afraid the shopping was pretty fantastic, too. I'm still pretty jetlagged, so sorry, but I'm plum out of pithy words to accompany the pics...but much more to come on my London finds this week!

gorgeous! I lived + worked in London after graduating college - weekends spent at the Camden flea markets and lazy days at parks in Hampstead Heath. I can't wait to read more about your trip!

Thanks all, very much! I'm sorry I'm a bit behind schedule today, but severe jet lag has me feeling a bit slugglish, and my eyes feel like sandpaper!

Thanks Jo! Great to hear from a former resident! What a great place to live! I could have stayed much, much longer!
