Save the Date: SF Decorater Showcase House

I have lived here for twelve years now and have only once missed the San Francisco Decorator Showcase House. It's like your passport behind the gates of those pearly mansions up on the hill. I go for the glimpse of history inside, just as much as the design inspiration. In fact, sometimes the decor is, well...bad. But the homes never disappoint. This year's Showcase House will celebrate its 30th year in grand style by remaking the 1926 10,000 square foot mansion at 2901 Broadway Street. The mansion is being opened to the public for the first time ever. Save the dates: April 28 thru May 28.

When I visited San Francisco about 14 years ago I took pictures of this, my "dream house", and hung them on my bulletin board for years. Thank you so much for posting this. I cannot wait to get a look inside!
