I quite like these funky and a little bit baroque Animal Trays by Ibride, France available at Show Lifestyle. They're made from a high pressure wood laminate and are water and heat resistant. They'd look pretty great hung as wall plaques, as well. Perhaps that's even a better use, as I can't quite think of what I might serve on Mr. Squirrel. Nuts?

Show Lifestyle is an L.A. based shop on Vermont in Los Feliz Village, a super fantastic neighborhood and shopping district. I used to live there, way back when in my Dresden Room days (think Swingers) and I think Los Feliz is one of the coolest neighborhoods in L.A. by far, so if you get there, try and make a visit.
