Friends and Neighbors: Apartment Therapy.

There is so much great content out there in the design blogosphere and, I don't know if you're anything like me, but I hardly have time to see but a glimpse of it. So, I thought I'd start a new weekly post, Friends and Neighbors, to help share the wealth of great inspiration out there. This week, we're checking in on a grand post from the folks over at Apartment Therapy. Have you visited Apartment Therapy lately? It's got a whole new look and it's hopping with great ideas and loads of eye candy.

AT's post about these amazing hooks and shelf supports from Live Wire Farms got me all excited. I mean, hardware can be ugly. And these are quite pretty! Handcrafted from Maple, Beech or Birch or other hardwoods grown in Jacksonville, Vermont, each piece is individually unique. The wood is cut, naturally dried for 24 months and then crafted into its final shape. No two pieces are exactly alike, but the size of most of these timber items can be customized to fit your particular needs. Thanks for the great find, Apartment Therapy!

Um, is it wrong to "love" shelf brackets? I mean, "LOVE" shelf brackets. I'm hooked...(see what I did there?). Okay...moving on.

Love the "friends and neighbors" segment idea, Victoria. Great way to "branch" out. (Oh god, someone just shoot me...sorry I couldn't help myself.)

Have a great weekend!

This is wonderful and I love your new blog of the week series - it's exciting to see who you find - I sometimes feel like I can't up with the bevy of amazingness out there. :)

I also read that you're doing a post each week on guys and peeking in on their home. THIS I have to see - it's so fun - I can't WAIT.
