I want that Tord Boontje book so badly! I'm trying to get the bookstore I work at to special order it! Is it as gorgeous as it seems?
hope you have a good weekend, too. it's snowing here; not quite cherry blossom weather, yet. you California girls... ;)
There's a good crop down here on Townsend St. near the job site. I'm sure to see many bobbing down the sidewalk clutched in newspaper when I head home too, as I live in North Beach with a Chinatown chaser, as it were.
thank you sandra! i'm actually having some fresh crab i bought down at the wharf - yum!oh - i'll go check that out angeline! thank you!emilia - i have only glanced it, but yes, it looks really special (this isn't my book, but it's on my list, too).j - well at least you have some to look at here, right? ;)Sparkie - i know they are all over the city! i'm tempted to run around with scissors!
What a pretty photo. Cherry blossoms are gorgous when in bloom.
It almost seems possible--it's unseasonably warm and simply LOVELY in seattle today.
No cherry blossoms but we have snow here in the north of Sweden =).Have a great weekend.
Great minds think alike. I posted cherry blossoms on my blog just hours before I found yours. Love your vignette.
Victoria, I just saw your feature in Sunset mag this weekend, congrats! Of course you're always re-decorating, but it looks chic as ever! So nice to see your place in print, after being a daily reader!!!
Thanks Becky! I'm quite excited to be in Sunset! It's a fun little article!
Hope you had a nice weekend! I'll have to wait for the flowers to bloom, since it's still quite cold in Sweden. In the meantime I'll have your pic to look at!
