I've been dreaming of that exact roadtrip, but haven't done it because of insane gas prices. At least I'm in good company in my dreaming!
What are Cali prices up to? In CT they're around 4.50. Sigh. We'll be moving out there this winter, I guess I don't have anything to look forward to, lower price wise.

ahhh - i did this last july - i think it was this week as a matter of fact. great drive - loved the fog of the coast in the evening. gas sux.
