Tub Time.

I adore spending alone time in my bathroom. I love soaking in a big bubble bath, candles lit, a glass of Pinot at an easy reach. Ahhh, a little slice of heaven. Just me and Mr. Bubbles. Privacy, quiet time to soak in the day's events and clear the head. So, I try hard to keep my bathroom an organized, clean and feminine space to luxuriate in. I found some inspiring and beautiful bathrooms I thought might entice and encourage you to make your own special realm for private time.

I love the idea of keeping fresh towels tucked away in a vintage curio cabinet.

I love the contrast of these dark charcoal gray walls against the bright white tile;
and a cozy, antique rug really warms up a tiled bathroom floor.

Can you imagine having the extravagant luxury of a fireplace in your bathroom!? Nice!

I love a little side table near the tub's edge for storing special soaps and bathing products.

Bathrooms are a great place to take chances with decorating, like filling a
wall with old photos and memorabilia; and using a metal bakers rack
for storing bath accessories looks so great.

I've been renovating my bathroom for two years now, and the only thing that keeps me going is the prospect of taking a bath in my deep, white clawfoot tub at the end of it all.

I'm on the hunt for a great, old rug for the floor right now!

Oh...how delightful! I'd love to have a glam lil' bathroom like any of these!

Actually HAVE to redo one bath because of a slow leak and not sure if these are inspiring or disheartening ;) Uncle's on a budget! But...no...this still provides hopes and dreams!

OKAY I'M SUPER INSPIRED by the photos all over the bathroom! That is so going to be my master bathroom. I wanted an element of shock/happy surprise in there, but couldn't think of what to do. LOVE THIS. Thank You!

Nice collection of fantastic bathrooms. If I had a fireplace by the tub, I'd never see my girlfriend again!! I thought the pine chest of drawers was a good finishing touch.

LOVE the counter/cabinet in the first picture. And a fireplace right next to a tub? Can you imagine cozying up in a bath by firelight in the winter while it snows outside? Oh so lovely

It seems only right to start the morning routine off right in a space like this. I love the idea of bringing a little glam to the bath. i'm not opposed to pinot and mr. bubbles either. what a perfect date.

I don't understand putting photos up in the bathroom. It gets steamy and wet when you take a shower. The photos (and wood frames) will just get wrecked. At least thats how it is in my bathroom after a shower. The walls are soaking, and thats with the window open.

i am one of those rare people that takes a bath nightly...for a million reasons - many having little to do with actually being dirty.

i love my bathroom - the solitary, the serene, the cacophony of water against cold surface.

thank you for this post.
