Vintage Finds For A Modern World.

I was feeling sorta old today, so I thought I'd get nostalgic and scour Etsy for some vintage finds! Nah, not really...well, maybe just a little old. Ha! Anyhow...I digress. Etsy is so wonderful for handcrafted goods and amazing artwork, but I've always been quite happy they've allowed vintage shops to sell their wares. I find some great and really affordable vintages wares (almost at flea market prices!) on Etsy, so what's a little vintage love among friends? Here's a peek at what I found.

Funky orange Melmac dish set from Pony Party; and
set of three Funky Vintage Crocheted Potholders from Simple Vintage.

Mod Mikasa Plate and Cathrineholm Saturn yellow
percolator, both from Pardon My Vintage.

Head to outer space with this vintage Tang Pitcher from
Moxie Thrift; or travel the Globe, from Ladies & Gentlemen.

Serve up some pop in this cute Metal Basket and
some cookies from this vintage clown cookie tin,
both from White Elephant Vintage.

Vintage Aqua tray with scalloped edges from Emily Lynch;
and some Squirrel love from The Modern Hunter.

Picnic with this vintage Thermos from Peacock Modern;
or appreciate art from Hope & Joy Home.

We had that pitcher in the third set when I was a kid, but we used it for syrup! I think I love vintage items for the memories they bring back.

Happy weekend, Victoria!

Great finds! Wish I had the squirrels. My maternal grandmother has a bunch of vintage salt and pepper shakers along those lines. They bring back fond memories.

I know how you feel - is it your birthday by chance!? Well anyway, you know what makes me feel young? Fresh air! Maybe if you have time today, you can go outside and run really fast or skip or just twirl and breathe.
