Our family used a clothesline when we were little. Nothing compares to that air dried smell and feeling. Feels like freedom itself. I definitely miss it!
We use a clotheshorse on the bathroom deck in the summer and inside by the wood stove in the winter. The photo of the slightly seedy/formerly elegant interior really resonates with me.

I love a clothesline, too. I never thought to hang origami from it, though :)
ha, I have a clothesline and I love to use it in the summer. But I've actually had friends give me a wierd look and ask if our dryer is broken!
I really enjoy hanging clothes out in the fresh air. Great photos!
