Viva La VivaTerra!

I've been receiving this new catalog of late, and have discovered some unique pieces in its pages. VivaTerra is an authentic source for green living, with a collection designed to reflect a kind of earthy beauty (like the Succulent Cube Garden, above). VivaTerra's goods are fashioned from organic, sustainable or reclaimed materials and they take a committed interest in the well-being of our fragile planet. Here's a look at some of my finds from VivaTerra.

Clockwise, from left to right: Reclaimed Oriental Rug Rattan Trunks;
Silk Throw; White Ceramic Pedestal Bowls; and Felted Wool Stones
from South African textile designer Ronel Jordaan.

Gustavian Vintage Bed made in the USA from reclaimed Douglas fir.

Tribal textiles made in Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, and other Central Asian
countries, Suzanis were traditionally used as wall hangings and prayer
mats, and were a treasured addition to a bride's dowry. These
Suzani Benches were recreated from 100% organic cotton,
eco-friendly dyes, and sustainable sheesham wood.

Fun and functional Basket Top Coffee Table.

I love those little concrete planters and the headboard is beautiful. I used those planters in a blog I did earlier this month...maybe I should actually get them.

I've been jonesing for that bed for months now, and every time I receive the catalog, I flip the bed to see if it's on sale... I haven't been able to pull the trigger on it at $2000... yet.
