Handmade Nation - Playing This Week!

The San Francisco Film Society's SF360 Film+Club is presenting the long-awaited film, Handmade Nation at this Wednesday, March 11th at the Mezzanine. Handmade Nation, a film by first-time director Faythe Levine is a celebration of do-it-yourself art, craft and design. The film explores the burgeoning art community of indie crafters that is fueled by creativity, determination and networking. In addition to the film, there will a discussion following with panelists, Lisa Congdon of Rare Device, Tina Barseghian, editor-in-chief of Craft Magazine and Stephanie Syjuco, fine artist and professor.

Tickets are $8/SFFS year-round members, and $12/general, available at the SFFS (viewers must be 21+ to attend).
