  2. This is so neat. The idea that we all have something in common because we are all devoted readers of sfgirlbybay and the fact that all of these pictures were taken on one Sunday all around the world is just so cool. Great idea for a picture book, huh? The photos turned out fabulous and I actually feel like I took a little vacation while viewing them.

  6. this was so much fun! i posted a photo from every submission i received before 8p last night, and a few more still came in (and sorry, lune vintage - none were from canada ;) ). so if y'all like this, perhaps it should be a once a month feature! i think i'll post about it again, and gather shots to share from you again. thanks so much to all the submissions - great shots!

    Victoria,
Such a fabulous idea, and such marvelous results! I kept thinking,"Ooo, that's my favorite," and then I'd scroll down a bit more and think, "Oh, this is great too!" till I got to the end. What a wonderful way to show what's going on in so many different parts of the world, yet everyone united by sfgirlbybay.

    Do it again, please!

My drive to work pic in Sydney is also from a Canadian's perspective. I moved here from Vancouver 18 months ago. And I still think I'm heading north when the ocean is on my left...
