Cause For Concern?
Probably. Look what I went and did. I bid on and won myself some more ceramic deer planters. Honestly, I couldn't really tell you why, except I saw Eszter's deer, and I was like, "Oh, yes please, I'd like some more deer, too." I thought one was cute, then the eBay pursuit lead to another and somehow I ended up with a trio. I'm becoming that lady with the cats and all the tchotchkes, only I'm the lady with the dog and a bunch of deer. So strange.
The yellow deer on the left looks slightly dangerous, there's just this certain gleam in her eye. This little green one in the middle I quite like - he came with his own tree stump. Then, there's the lime green one on the right, who honestly seems an antler short of a pair, huh?

what a cool thing to collect!
ha ha - i love your psychoanalysis of your deer. it seems right on. they are so adorable and in such great colors!
Oh, my house is full of ceramic deer, too! My boyfriend just rolls his eyes when I bring them home, but it hasn't given him cause to leave me yet...
i love the deer! i am trying really hard not to start a owl collection as your collection inspired me. big trouble
Yeah, we have a deer overpopulation problem too ;-)
At least your deer have a bit more a sense of sophistication than the gnomes I collect. Yep, and just picked up a new metallic one in Berlin. too funny. Guess I just like to pretend I'm Amelie!
