Meet George Jetson...

...his boy Elroy...daughter Judy...Jane, his wife. Sorry, I loved the Jetsons. Little did I know back then that a cool cartoon would lead the way to my future dining room ensemble. I wonder if Eero Saarinen dug the Jetsons. Anyhow, I digress. I finally finished the cushions for the Knoll Saarinen Dining Chairs and they are indeed, a wee bit atomic. I made them from the same vintage drapery panels I recovered the bar stools in, and I am relatively happy with them. The craftsmanship, well, let's just say I should feed y'all real well and liquor you up before you take a closer look. But, hey, they're pretty comfortable and the chairs swivel almost full circle, so they'll make for a pretty fun dinner party!

No one ever looks at how you made chair seats - they sit on 'em...*S*

I just re-covered my office chair, and I hope no one ever turns it upside down. But who would?

Your chairs look great.
