A Last Look At Amsterdam.

Normally, when I have a somewhat normal life, I would have posted these photos on Sunday, but life has been a bit hectic lately and the Amsterdam trip threw things off kilter. Then, Sunset Magazine came to shoot my apartment yesterday, which required a whole different level of cleaning on Sunday! So I'm behind on everything! I'm catching up soon, I promise! So, here are the photos I would have posted on the weekend...a last look at Amsterdam...

It's fun to see photos of things I also just saw a week ago...I think we crossed paths in the sky :) I will be posting my drawings and photos within the next few days - check it out!

Hey, I think I had dinner on that small roof with the red rugs! It was a North African restaurant/deli, right?

I wish our local Chicago shopkeepers would try to be a little more artistic.

I want to go to Amsterdam!

Gorgeous! Thanks for sharing your mini-break. It saves me the jet-lag and the $$$.

I love the street art.
Don't you wish there were more specialty shops in the us? Instead of big grocery stores.
Great Pictures.

Sunset Magazine?! You let those hoodlums into your cute little apartment? Yer a brave woman in more ways than one!

Shoot was great, thanks again for a nice day! We'll be in touch. You also win the award for the firstest ever time I'VE EVER posted a comment on a blog! I know I know, it IS the 21st century, I'll try and get with it...
