Nelly, But Like Ten Times Better.

Just a bit of weekend fun...I'd never heard of a YouTube Jane Austin Adaptation before I found this on Philo's Miscellany. I really get quite easily irked by Nelly Furtado (even her name sounds like something new on the Taco Bell menu), so please do feel free to turn the sound down if you like, but this is a brilliant bit of Brit fun created by ehrynL85. Well done, girl!

Whoa...
Nelly Furtado was my sister's good friend while growing up here in Victoria!
They still keep in touch.
I'm going to get sis to tell her what you think of her name... (Taco Bell? She'll howl! Nelly's so down to earth!)
Thanx for sharin'!

so glad Mati! :)

Oh no...Julia! I knew someone would know her or love her, or something. Please don't tell her...it's just, well, kind of a dumb name. But, to be honest, now I've got that song stuck in my head! :)

Hee, this is an old favorite. There's a great Men of Austen one out there somewhere too... (*fans self*)

This is apropos since I'm just finishing up my annual P&P re-read.

I've never thought of her name being on a Taco Bell menu....but, it's so true!

Brilliant!
Victoria, I have just been to Melbourne where I picked up a copy of Real Living magazine. Your home looked fabulous in it!
I have slowly been catching up on blog posts and I was very sorry to hear about the loss of Cooper. He looked like a fine dog and friend indeed. I hope you're doing ok :)

Nelly would laugh it off! She's cool like that. All through high school she made fun of her own name (hence the name of her first album!!)
I know you're just kiddin' around! No worries - you're analogy is truly hilarious! ("I'll take da Nelly with extra cheeze and loadsa salsa...") :)
