Industrial Revolution.

I got an email today from a company called American Furnishings, so I checked out their link, and lo and behold, some pretty cool stuff! I like what they call Vintage Industrial: Work benches from a decrepit Packard Motor Car plant become a kitchen island. Steel parts carts from a General Motors plant in Detroit become rolling liquor cabinets. Long forgotten wooden foundry objects become "high art" when placed on metal stands or hung on a wall. Large metal shoe racks from a foreclosed Ohio factory become book shelves. Now, that's some recycling!

This is so funny, they wrote to me yesterday too and I blogged them today. It's funny to see that out of everything, you and I picked the same stuff. :) Don't you love the wheels??
