Sunday in the City.

Well, it's here...the June Gloom, only it's July. You've probably heard this before..."The coldest winter I've ever spent was a summer in San Francisco." Mark Twain said that, and he was bloody well right! It's cold and gray out there this weekend...and I don't exactly have the blues, but then again...maybe I do. Here's a look.

What are those flowers?! They are beautiful. I really can't wait until you put your Sunday pictures together in a book and make it available for purchase. They are spectacular.

If this is your blues montage- I think you are naturally happy! Great collage of pictures, as always. When is it a good weather time to visit SF?

I grew up in Tracy, about an hour away from San Francisco. I remember that whenever we went into the city, we had to practically pack an extra outfit just so we would be warm! It could be 100 degrees in Tracy, but it would most definitely be freezing in San Francisco!

Love your pictures. Makes me homesick.

Sorry, but as a daily reader of your blog in Toronto, I have no sympathy for you. If you live in Cali you're not allowed to complain about the weather. Luv your photos BTW...You make me want to move! :-)

okay, if you've never survived a SF summer, you don't get to make any comments about CA weather. it is gloomy and sad - especially because 20 minutes in ANY direction the world is having summertime!

thank you for the photos and reminding me of the happy things here - any suggestions for making some sunshine?

from another SF girl :)
