Sunday in the City.
I was kind of all over the bay area this weekend, including North Berkeley, across the beautiful bay. So here's a peak into a little bit of everything, from Hayes Valley to University Avenue and back. A virtual pot luck of pics, and all that is great about living in the (mostly) sunny city by the bay.

I love your last photo!
Looks like you had a lovely weekend. Your photos are fantastic. I also like the "no-tell" hotel. Hysterical!
Loving these photos so much!

It's so lovely to see some sunny pics as the days begin to get shorter here in England.
these are fantastic victoria - some of my faves thus far!
Oh my goodness!!! When I was young, I spent my summers with my dad in Berkeley and I would walk past Chez Panisse every day on my way to Live Oak park for summer day camp!!
Whoa, SO miss it there, I really need to take a trip down, and SOON too! Thanks for that peek into my past :)
Once again, your Sunday looks completely charming. Thanks for such beautiful images.
Looks like a perfect day! I hope you bought that chair from the yard sale. So cute.
Goodness...I love the chair from the garage sale. Did you buy that? If so, where is it gonna go?
Hugs, Foo
oh chez panisse <3
have you tried garage sailing in alameda during early morning weekends? excellent!
Oh Victoria --- so beautiful! It makes me nostalgic for the many years I lived in Berkeley. It is hard to beat the gourmet ghetto ;)
i think the "no name hotel" if i am correct use to be called "casa loma"...

grace - it smells like heaven over there!
michele - i don't remember where the hotel sign is - i drive along and snap pictures from the convertible all the time and forget where that one was. the image on the left is a hotel on University Ave. in Berkeley, though. :)
