The Divine Miss Vivienne.

I've been wanting to do this post for awhile now, and am so excited to share with you the wondrous work of artist Vivienne Strauss. Vivienne may seem vaguely familiar to you, so if you're scratching your head wondering why you feel like you might know her, it's because Vivienne is also married to another artist, Matte Stephens, who illustrates Vivienne fabulously in much of his work. The two of them run a thoroughly modern household in Portland, Oregon along with their many adopted cats, but I secretly kinda wish they lived in San Francisco, as I feel as though we'd be great friends!

Here's a look at Vivienne's beautiful paintings, as well as a links to her other Etsy shops where you can shop for her collages, as well as her vintage Etsy shop, Modern Design 901. If you live in the Portland area, head out out to Crafty Wonderland this Sunday, December 14th from 11am to 7pm, and Vivienne will have a wide variety of collages, paintings and prints for sale.
