A Delicious Slice of Red Velvet.

One of my favorite bloggers, Rachel Denbrow of Bling On My Sewing Machine, wrote to me about her involvement in a new online shop, Red Velvet Art. Rachel's been a member of the Red Velvet Girls for some time, and now another member of the group, Elsie Flannigan, has just realized her dream of opening a store and online shop, featuring her own art and handmade designs, as well as the work of other talented artists.


Red Velvet Art started out as three girls who loved to make stuff and realized there was a chance they could do it better together. Seven years later, the three of them, plus a new member, are still collaborating on projects and sharing them with their fabulous Red Velvet Girls fan base through online classes, monthly craft kits, and an upcoming weekend crafting retreat May 1st and 2nd. Red Velvet Art has recently been updated with a few new items for Spring from super cute aprons and sunglasses, to vinyl underwear decals, to scalloped leather journals and embellished totes. And, eighty five percent of the shop's products are all handmade!
