Unexpected Guests: A Visit to D & E's.
Last week I gave you look at Eszter Rabin of Emma Rose Papery's new downtown studio. Since Eszter and husband Dan's home is just as lovely and full of character, I thought I'd share some new photos I snapped of it. Their home has been featured on one of Apartment Therapy's great House Tours, but there are so many wonderful little details, and Eszter's always adding to the mix every time we hit the flea market. So, I'm going to get carried away here with the eye candy and share a bunch of fresh shots. This is like a full-blown photo exposé! I just couldn't figure out where to stop!
Thanks for allowing me to share your beautiful home, you guys.

I'm a regular reader but infrequent commenter here. Just wanted to say thanks for all of the inspiring posts (like this one) that I often bookmark and refer back to for help in my own apartment. I love your blog!
I am a thrift shop junkie, so really enjoyed all the pics of this inspiring home. I feel a bit better about my paint-by-numbers French Street Scene now, although mine is still hiding [behind the piano I think] Maybe now I'll have the courage to bring it out...
that letterpress studio is amazing...
Beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
What a fantastic home. I love every detail.
so glad you liked it - it's so warm and inviting when you're there in person, too. and eszter's letterpresses are amazing - one is dated 1865! and, she uses all soy-based inks.
