A Good Gray Day.

I've been plowing though my mile-high stacks of design magazines over holiday break, and I finally got through an issue of VTWonen, a fabulous Dutch design magazine I picked up when I was in Amsterdam a few months ago.

A few things stood out in the pages of VTWonen (more of which I'll share later this week) and one of them was loads of pretty, gray infused rooms. Not drab or sad. Instead, some really dramatic; others quite demure. I wondered if we might have a new color trend on the way. In any case, I thought I'd share some of these beautiful rooms full of shades of gray with you today.

Oh lovely! I adore grey and have been pimping my living room paint color, Silver Fox by Benjamin Moore. It's so versatile; it catches that sophisticated grey room feel, with white trim, but it isn't too cold. Love! Everything I put against it looks great... (Happy New Year...)

i LOVE grey, and i love those pics. grey is such a good alternative to white. it works so well with the whole natural-woody feel thing, too.
yay to grey!
